Kerapu cantik adalah hasil persilangan antara kerapu macan dan batik. Pemberian Probiotik berperan dalam meningkatkan enzim didalam saluran pencernaan sehingga ikan lebih cepat tumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode surve. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni primer sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan regresi deskriptif kuantitatif. Penambahan probiotik pakan dapat pertumbuhan bobot panjang tubuh ikan. Tingkat kelulushidupan selama masa pemeliharaan 65%. Hubungan berat kan mempunyai korelasi cukup tinggi. Kualitas air pH, DO, suhu salinitas masih kisaran layak untuk Artinya bahwa penambahan memberikan peningkatan positif kualitas air.
